At time of charge entry the practice must correctly enter the information contained on the superbill into the billing system.  Accurate entry of this information is critical to the success of obtaining payment.  The correct entry of valid diagnosis codes and procedure codes along with other information, which may include dates of hospital stays, date of accident, etc., is required to submit a claim.
