Full Service Monthly Fees:  

All fees cover the cost of building out the database, monthly fees for maintaining & upgrading the database, and the monthly fees for our billing services.  Also, all fees are based upon your Service Agreement with Telfonix.

• Clinic is charged 5% to 7% for gross collections per month, as a result of Telfonix's efforts (LOP, PIP, Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare and commercial claims).  Call us at 941.483.6633 for specifics.
• Clinic agrees to be charged a $1,500 setup fee which will be applied against any future payments owed to the Hippo.  This will cover the licensing fee for one ID.  You do not have to purchase it, but you will not have direct access into the billing system.
